Job summary

Nestlé Head Office in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to join the Demand & Supply Planning team. You will act as the market Supply Planning SME, ensuring finished goods availability, optimizing inventory, and driving planning excellence across the organization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to balance service levels and stock, while training and coaching junior planners to elevate capability and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Inventory Management, or related areas.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business decisions.
• Experience working with planning systems, inventory optimization, or supply chain analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities. Experience with ERP/APO/OMP or similar planning tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Balance customer service, inventory, and operational efficiency across multiple business units.
• Define and monitor supply network strategies for optimal product availability and service levels.
• Analyze supply plans, stock movements, and inter-distribution center requirements to improve network performance.
• Manage finished goods inventory and stock cover to achieve freshness and customer order fulfillment targets.
• Lead supply review discussions with factories and business units to balance service levels and inventory performance.
• Establish and optimize stock policies, replenishment strategies, and planning parameters using planning tools.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to manage constraints and priorities.
• Provide training and capability development to supply planners for best-practice adoption.
