Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with planning systems and inventory analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP/APO/OMP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance customer service, inventory, and efficiency across units.
• Define and monitor supply network strategies for product availability.
• Analyze plans, stock movements, and inter-DC requirements.
• Manage finished goods inventory to enhance freshness and capital.
• Lead supply review discussions with factories and units.
• Drive system utilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing for constraints.
• Provide training and coaching to supply planners.
