Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a results-driven Supply Planning professional in Indonesia to manage end-to-end planning from materials to finished goods. You will drive MPS and PPDS alignment with demand, capacity, and inventory targets while coordinating with manufacturing and procurement to ensure smooth production flows.

The role emphasizes warehouse operations oversight and collaboration across supply chain teams to optimize service levels and cash flow. A background in FMCG is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering.
• Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP are an advantage.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning and Supply Chain Operations.
• Having experience in managing warehouse operations is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, consumer goods, or other production-driven industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing material availability, capacity planning, and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finished goods inventory planning for locally produced and externally sourced items.
• Maintain feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with demand and capacity.
• Manage feasible Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) with material and capacity availability.
• Balance production priorities, inventory targets and customer service requirements.
• Assess capacity, labor, equipment against demand and address gaps.
• Monitor plan execution and adjust schedules as demand changes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement and agro planning to improve adherence.
