Job summary

Lemonilo is seeking a diligent PPIC professional to support production planning and inventory control in Indonesia. You will manage material availability, monitor production performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in PPIC, familiarity with ERP/MRP, and strong Excel skills to analyze data and optimize planning. Join a fast-growing FMCG company committed to healthy, sustainable products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Logistics, Management, or related field.
1–2 years of PPIC experience in FMCG preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP for planning and inventory management.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support development of production plans to align schedules with demand and capacity.
Monitor daily production progress and coordinate with teams to meet targets.
Plan and monitor RM and PM requirements to ensure material availability.
Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock movements and DOI.
Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Logistics for efficient flow.
Monitor inventory accuracy by reconciling system and physical stock.
Analyze inventory and production data to improve planning accuracy.
Prepare regular production, inventory, and planning reports.
