• Collect and analyze key cost drivers and market dynamics to inform decision making.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with contract service providers per the contract management plan.
• Identify contract requirements and write specifications for existing or new contracts.
• Supervise others within established operational systems.
• Review operations and drive continuous improvement through innovation.
