Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of procurement/ sourcing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Experience implementing Procurement ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Procurement function to ensure sourcing, supplier selection, PO processing, and governance per Sun Life policies.
• Drive value through competitive sourcing, cost optimization, and risk coordination while maintaining audit readiness.
