Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in business management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of purchasing, procurement, or product development experience.
• Advanced negotiation skills with proven cost-saving track record.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze market trends.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Odoo) is a plus.
• Fluent in English for correspondence with foreign suppliers.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to provide recommendations for competitive new product procurement
• Search, select, and manage business relationships with vendors, factories, or principals at local and international levels
• Negotiate directly with suppliers regarding COGS, MOQs, TOP, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to monitor inventory turnover and minimize dead-stock
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, timeliness, and service responsiveness
• Create reports on procurement activities, price fluctuations, and product performance for management
• Ensure all purchasing processes comply with SOPs and company regulations
