You will manage tendering, supplier negotiations, contract drafting, and ongoing supplier performance, while ensuring compliance and continuous process improvements.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical abilities, and effective stakeholder communication in a fast-paced, data‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Strong learning agility and quick adaptation.
• Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including preparing QCF presentations for top management.
• Ability to draft vendor agreements using legal-approved templates.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and analyze spend, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
• Assist in RFQ development and consolidate supplier responses.
• Input supplier technical responses into qualitative assessment models.
• Support Tender Committee during negotiation and inform results.
• Generate and submit contract drafts to Category Managers Logistics.
• Research market prices for new procurement requirements.
• Provide procurement insights to support planning and execution.
• Monitor delivery dates and communicate with suppliers on updates.
• Coordinate RFx documents and supplier communications.
• Drive continuous process improvement with Category Management.
