Job summary

PT Auraluxe Indonesia is seeking a proactive Social Media Officer to grow our brand presence across Instagram and TikTok. Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with campaigns and products, while monitoring performance and audience insights.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external creators to execute campaigns, manage calendars, and ensure timely delivery of quality content. Strong communication and trend awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of content planning and campaign execution.
• Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage & grow Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• Create and execute daily & monthly content plans.
• Develop content for Shopee & TikTok Shop.
• Assist in influencer/KOL collaborations.
• Create campaign & event proposals and support execution.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
