Luxehouze is seeking a social media lead to develop and execute strategies for Luxehouze ID and SG, focusing on Instagram and TikTok. You will manage day-to-day publishing, track performance, and produce regular reports while coordinating with KOLs and stakeholders to drive brand objectives.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in digital media, hands-on experience with influencer campaigns, and a strong data-driven mindset in fast-paced environments in Indonesia and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in digital/social media or KOL marketing.
• Portfolio and latest CV must be provided.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end social media and influencer collaborations.
• Data-driven with strong creative sensibility.
• Extensive local KOL & publisher contacts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Broad knowledge of content references and trends.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars across platforms for Luxehouze ID and SG (currently Instagram and TikTok).
• Manage day-to-day social media publishing.
• Social Media Analysis and Reporting (Raw Data and Pivoting).
• Develop and brief creative content aligned with business/brand/campaign objectives.
• Monitor trends and propose timely, relevant content ideas.
• Manage KOL/publisher coordination and campaign execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to support campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights.
• Prepare regular social performance reports and recommendations.
