Job summary

PT Social Commerce Indonesia is seeking a content lead to guide multi-brand social media efforts. You will oversee planning, execution, scheduling, publishing, and reporting, ensuring all activities align with brand objectives.

You will develop strategies, manage content calendars, and monitor metrics to drive engagement and growth, coordinating with creative teams and clients to meet campaign needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or field such as Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop content teams for client brands.
• Manage brand social media accounts end-to-end: planning, scheduling, execution, publication, monitoring, reporting.
• Develop social media strategies and content plans aligned with each brand's objectives.
• Create and oversee content calendars to ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor engagement, reach, growth and performance across accounts.
• Analyze social media insights and provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with creative teams, relevant divisions, and clients regarding content and campaign needs.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and target audience.
