Qualifications

• 7+ years in a fast-paced, high-growth Sales Finance role
• Proven ability to conduct complex, data-driven financial and business analysis
• Advanced financial modeling

Responsibilities

• Understand commercial cases for programs and channel investments with finance leadership
• Use internal data, market intel to inform investment criteria for fixtures, people, merchandising and events
• Support demand-generation plans from concept to execution with sales
• Drive post-mortem analyses and communicate learnings for future plans
• Analyze demand trends and provide executive updates for strategic planning
• Identify automation opportunities and build analytics tools for efficiency and insights
• Provide actionable analysis to improve sales performance across all Routes to Market
• Source and structure data from Snowflake, Data Kit and GBI for repeatable processes
• Create high-quality data sets and visualizations to communicate trends clearly
