amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager in Indonesia to act as a trusted finance partner to plant leadership. You will drive performance through robust financial analysis, support strategic decisions, and ensure operational excellence across budgeting, forecasting, and governance.

The role requires 2–5 years in finance-related fields, strong Excel skills, and fluent English, with opportunities to contribute to regional and global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
