Job summary

RGE Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement professional to oversee the procurement of goods, materials, and services essential for operations, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

You will identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, process orders, monitor shipments, and collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to optimize the supply chain while maintaining compliance and minimizing waste.

Qualifications

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve the best value for money.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and build new partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and industry trends.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, finance) to understand their material needs and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
