Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in fashion retail merchandising or similar roles.
• Strong grasp of inventory planning, replenishment, and stock allocation.
• Proficient in Excel including Pivot Tables, lookups, and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage product allocation planning across PT Pakaian Karya Bangsa stores.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify best sellers and slow movers.
• Prepare initial product allocation plans based on store capacity and sales projections.
• Plan and coordinate replenishment needs based on sales velocity and inventory targets.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores to ensure optimal availability of sizes, colors, and variations.
• Execute inter-store transfers to balance inventory and minimize overstock or stockouts.
• Identify low-performing products and propose markdowns or promotions to management.
• Collaborate with Buyers to provide repeat order recommendations based on sales performance.
• Analyze merchandising indicators and verify system data against store conditions.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock and merchandising execution on the floor.
• Prepare and present periodic analytical reports on product performance and inventory productivity.
