The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business development or commercial real estate, strong English, and a track record of closing opportunities. This role requires leadership and effective stakeholder management in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Business English proficiency.
• At least 5 years as Assistant Manager with 10 years in Business Development/Commercial Real Estate/Property Investment for Commercial Building (Mall, Office and Apartments).
• Proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder engagement, negotiation, presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for sustainable growth in Indonesia's real estate market.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new opportunities in real estate development, commercial properties, investment, leasing.
• Build relationships with developers, owners, investors, asset managers, consultants, banks, and government stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate partnerships and commercial agreements.
• Prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and investment/business cases.
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence.
• Prepare reports on activities, pipeline, market trends, and progress toward targets.
• Support achievement of annual business targets and corporate strategy.
