Job summary

PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor specializing in interior projects. You will estimate and control costs, analyze specifications, conduct site visits, and manage project budgets.

Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction costing, with proficiency in surveying software, CAD, and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Proficient in quantity surveying software, CAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review project specifications and drawings to understand scope and requirements.
Conduct site visits to gather data for cost estimation.
Prepare cost estimates and material quantities for construction projects.
Analyze project costs, identify savings, and provide cost control recommendations.
Prepare and maintain project budgets, monitoring actual costs against the budget.
Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents.
Review and evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing.
Assist in the preparation of progress payments and variations.
Provide support and advice to project teams on cost-related matters.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to cost control and estimation.
