Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, purchasing, business, or related fields.
• Experience in purchasing or business coordination required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for records and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Source, procure, and manage supplier relationships and quotations.
• Place purchase orders, confirm delivery schedules and quantities.
• Verify goods receiving, inspection, and resolve shortages or quality issues.
• Maintain contracts, quotations, and purchasing records.
• Monitor costs and seek value through supplier selection.
• Coordinate with internal departments on material requirements and progress.
• Handle invoicing documents and assist with settlements with Finance.
• Prepare purchasing analysis reports and monitor market conditions.
