Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of procurement experience, with strong communication and negotiation skills to support marketing service sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (any major) required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in procurement/purchasing (direct/indirect).
• Experience in marketing services (printing, merchandise, branding, POSM, electronic hair tools) advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing suppliers of goods and services.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers (price, quality, deadlines, expectations).
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
• Create purchase orders.
• Aware of ERP system and processes.
• Monitor delivery of goods.
• Work with projects team to understand procurement requirements.
