Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with targets and deadlines.
• Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing administration, and supplier evaluation.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is an added value.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials industry is an added value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct procurement processes for goods and services according to company needs.
• Search, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers.
• Negotiate price, quality, payment terms, and delivery time.
• Ensure material availability according to specifications and schedule requirements.
• Monitor purchasing processes, delivery, and goods receipt.
• Manage purchasing documents such as Purchase Request, Purchase Order, and purchase reports.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation and identify cost efficiency opportunities.
