Job summary

PT Serveone MRO Indonesia is seeking a diligent Purchase Specialist to manage procurement for a dynamic team in Pancoran, South Jakarta. The role focuses on sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services for a trading/manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma (D3) in any field with 3–5 years in purchasing, strong cost-analysis skills, ERP/SAP familiarity, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement role, preferably in a trading or manufacturing company
• Experience with stationery and PPE products is preferred
• Strong sourcing and vendor development skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build effective supplier relationships
• Good analytical skills, including cost analysis and savings calculation
• Familiar with ERP/SAP, and proficient in procurement software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Excel
• Proactive and collaborative, able to work well within a team

Responsibilities

• Sourcing suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, and delivery of goods and services
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and contract conditions to get the best value for the company
• Analyze cost-saving opportunities and track savings achieved
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing, service)
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
• Monitor PO and delivery schedules, including deliveries to local or overseas customers
• Gather and analyze purchasing data, and handle supplier invoices and delivery notes
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management
