PT PERDANA TRIMITRA LAKSANA in Jakarta Selatan seeks a proficient Purchasing Manager to develop and implement strategies for food ingredients, beverages, and operating supplies. You will lead a team, coordinate supplier negotiations, and ensure cost efficiency and quality across procurement processes.

The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and inventory oversight, with cross-functional collaboration to align procurement with business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably in F&B/hospitality.
• Experience leading and managing a purchasing team.
• Strong understanding of F&B procurement, including food ingredients, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing, vendor management, and price negotiation.
• Ability to analyze purchasing trends, stock consumption, and operational needs.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for food ingredients, non-alcoholic beverages, and operational supplies to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.
• Lead and supervise the purchasing team, ensuring smooth procurement processes and compliance with company SOPs.
• Manage supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and relationships to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and manage purchasing budgets, monitor procurement expenses, and ensure alignment with company financial targets.
• Conduct purchasing forecasts based on sales trends, stock levels, historical consumption, and operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and purchasing plans to prevent overstocking and stock shortages.
• Evaluate supplier performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure procurement activities support business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, cost control, and purchasing procedures.
