• Experienced 1-2 years in purchasing field, especially in project-based procurement (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and project material requirements
• Able to source, negotiate, and evaluate vendor to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance
• Familiar with contract terms, purchase agreements, and project timelines
• Knowledge of HS Code and import/export regulations (preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
