Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Development, Strategy, Management Consulting, or Business Operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Own ambiguous business challenges from concept to implementation.
• Drive end-to-end execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Develop initiatives to improve operations, commercial performance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure success.
• Prepare business cases, executive presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis to support decisions.
