Job summary

Roman, a leading ceramic tile brand in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive Sales Project professional to develop new accounts and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and key clients in Surakarta.

You will manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, deliver quotations and proposals, and actively expand sales channels for major projects such as hotels, housing, and commercial developments. A mobile role across Surakarta awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Project position in a building materials company.
• A strong B2B customer database, including contacts in architects, developers, commercial entities, office buildings, is a significant advantage
• Willing to be assigned throughout Surakarta and work in a mobile role

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including follow ups and negotiations.
• Target and manage project hotels, housing, apartments, commercial.
• Actively canvass and expand sales channels for major projects.
• Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Organize event and networking activities with costumers and partners.
• Provide regular reports and project pipeline updates to the Supervisors
