Job summary

SQE (S-Quantum Engine) is seeking a Strategic Project Management Senior Specialist to drive performance management, resource planning, and financial risk/reporting across projects. You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely contract execution and strong vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, workforce utilization optimization, and robust governance of AR/AP processes while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Finance, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, business operations, or financial analysis
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Working understanding of AR/AP, cash flow, and forecasting
• Familiarity with NDA, MSA, SOW and basic risk management principles
• Exposure to resource or workforce planning and capacity management is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination across Legal, Finance, and Operations
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in data and reporting tools (Excel, BI platforms)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve framework for tracking project performance, workforce utilization, and financial health.
• Support workforce planning by aligning resource allocation with priorities and forecasting future needs.
• Analyze operational and financial data to surface actionable insights and improve forecasting and risk reporting.
• Administer resource allocation and timesheet governance to improve productivity.
• Support development, negotiation, and execution of NDA, MSA, SOW with Legal for regulatory compliance and risk.
• Assist AR/AP activities to ensure financial accuracy and cash flow.
• Aid vendor management with market scanning, evaluation, and negotiation support.
• Measure success by reporting accuracy, resource utilization quality, and vendor coordination.
