Job summary

TechConnect seeks a Strategic Project Management Senior Specialist to drive performance management, resource planning, and contract governance across SQE projects. You will deliver data-driven insights and oversee cross-functional coordination with Legal, Finance, and Operations.

You will optimize AR/AP practices, vendor relationships, and risk management, ensuring timely reviews of NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs while maintaining compliance and strong cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Finance, or Management from a reputable university.
• 3-5 years in project management, PMO, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills turning operational and financial data into clear insights.
• Working understanding of AR/AP, cash flow, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with commercial legal agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW) and basic risk management principles.
• Exposure to resource or workforce planning and capacity management is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve framework for tracking project performance, workforce utilization, and financial health with data-driven insights.
• Support workforce planning by aligning resource allocation with business priorities and forecasting needs.
• Analyze operational and financial data to surface actionable insights for decision-making.
• Administer resource allocation and timesheet governance to improve productivity.
• Support development, negotiation, and execution of NDA, MSA, and SOW with Legal.
• Assist AR/AP activities to ensure financial accuracy and cash flow; coordinate vendor management.
