Job summary

GajiGesa is looking for a Strategy Manager to own initiatives across corporate development, new products, and core business challenges. You will lead strategic PMO, coordinate cross-functional programs, and deliver executive dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

The role requires 5+ years in high-growth tech, investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, or fintech, with strong analytics, Excel/BI proficiency, and excellent communication. English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA; strong analytical background.
• Experience in high-growth tech startups, investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, fintech or financial services.
• Excellent presentation and financial modelling abilities.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic PMO and oversee cross-functional programs.
• Develop execution plans, monitor progress, and manage risk.
• Coordinate stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.
• Develop KPIs and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Identify new product and business opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
