Job summary

Meratus Group seeks an Event and Program Manager to drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives for the Meratus Foundation. You will plan, resource, implement, monitor, and report on programs aligned with environmental preservation, community welfare, and education.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Crewing, Ship Management, and Corporate Communications to ensure measurable impact. A strong focus on partnerships with schools and NGOs is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in program design and evaluation.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and iterate program design based on data.
• Strong financial oversight and procurement awareness.
• Engagement with universities, polytechnics, and training centers.

Responsibilities

• Translate Foundation vision into actionable programs with KPIs and timelines.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution and beneficiary coordination.
• Develop monitoring tools and prepare quarterly/annual reports.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and external partners for program delivery.
• Promote corporate culture alignment across initiatives.
