Job summary

Meratus Group seeks a Sustainability and ESG Specialist to drive initiatives across business units. You will support development and implementation of ESG programs, coordinate across functions, and help integrate sustainability into operations.

Key tasks include collecting and validating ESG data, preparing reports and disclosures, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3–4 years in sustainability, ESG, CSR or related areas.
• Understanding of ESG concepts, reporting, and data management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional sustainability programs.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of sustainability and ESG programs.
• Coordinate ESG initiatives across units and functions.
• Collect, consolidate, and monitor ESG data for accuracy.
• Prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, questionnaires, and materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop sustainability communications with Corporate Communications.
• Research ESG trends and regulations to identify improvements.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for programs and reporting.
