Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a strategic leader to direct the PepsiCo Productivity Program, driving bottom-line impact through process improvements and operational efficiency across Manufacturing and Warehouse operations. You will collaborate with functional leaders to foster a strong Continuous Improvement culture, emphasizing people development, accountability, and cultural transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, or related major.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in Continuous Improvement leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement Program in Supply Chain, focused on Manufacturing and Warehouse operations.
Manage project portfolio and drive implementation of productivity projects.
Lead capability-building programs and enhance technical knowledge of the operations team.
Manage Supply Chain performance reports and related executive presentations.
Lead digitalization initiatives with IT and support sustainability agendas.
Support EHS and ISO systems; build TPM pillars per master plan.
