Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, or related major.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in Continuous Improvement/Cost Improvement/Kaizen/TPM leadership.
• Strong leadership across manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement Program focusing on manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Manage portfolio of productivity projects and drive implementation of key projects.
• Lead capability-building programs and sustain technical knowledge for operation teams.
