Job summary

You will manage a portfolio of productivity projects, lead capability building, and partner with IT to advance digitalization while ensuring EHS and ISO compliance.

The role requires strong leadership across manufacturing, strategic thinking, and proven ability to deliver major cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, or related major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
• Strong leadership across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Productivity and Continuous Improvement program in Supply Chain, focusing on Manufacturing and Warehouse operations.
• Manage overall productivity project portfolio and drive implementation of projects.
• Lead capability-building to enhance technical knowledge of operations teams.
• Manage Supply Chain performance & productivity reporting and executive presentations.
• Lead digitalization initiatives in partnership with IT.
• Support EHS and ISO systems implementation and TPM pillars.
