Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Material Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement recovery plans.
• Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, manpower, and other resources.
• Analyze production performance, identify scheduling risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production planning data and ensure timely updates in the ERP system.
• Participate in capacity planning, delivery reviews, and production performance meetings.
