Henkel Indonesia in Tangerang is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate production plans into executable schedules, balancing demand, materials, inventory and capacity to ensure on-time delivery. You will develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules, convert plans to orders in SAP, PFS+, PPS, and monitor schedule execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with SAP, PFS+, or other ERP/planning systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret demand, inventory, material availability, and production capacity data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal English; Bahasa Indonesia fluency.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, backlog, and capacity.
• Convert planned orders into process orders and manage production order updates in SAP, PFS+, and PPS.
• Monitor schedule execution, identify risks or delivery gaps, and communicates schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate production planning activities with Production, Supply Chain, and cross-functional teams.
• Support Management of Change (MOC) activities and assess scheduling impacts.
• Drive improvements in schedule adherence, inventory performance, operational stability, and customer service.
