Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking a motivated Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with customer requirements.

You will collaborate across Material Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other teams to guarantee production readiness and smooth operations. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential, with experience in advanced planning tools a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, capacity planning, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination across functions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

• Develop, maintain, and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Material Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and cross-functional teams for production readiness.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement recovery plans.
• Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity, manpower, and resources.
• Analyze production performance, identify scheduling risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate production planning data in the ERP system.
• Participate in capacity planning, delivery reviews, and production performance meetings.
