Job summary

Cove Living Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Officer for a 1 year contract to manage electricity token and operational supplies across all managed properties. The role consolidates procurement from property operations, ensuring accuracy, speed, and audit trails through approved requests and official channels.

You will work closely with the Operations team, maintain records, perform reconciliations, and support monthly deposits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, accounting, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or finance/operations administration experience.
• Comfortable with digital purchasing channels (Alterra / PPOB, e-wallets, online marketplaces).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Electricity token procurement for all properties through approved requests.
• Procure operational supplies via approved vendors and Budget Owner approvals.
• Obtain quotes or approvals for purchases above thresholds per SOP.
• Coordinate delivery to requesting properties and track shortfalls.
• Log purchases and maintain reconciliation trackers and receipts.
• Support monthly Alterra deposit reconciliation and resolve variances.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and segregation of duties.
