Job summary

Cove in Jakarta is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage electricity token purchases and operational supplies for all managed properties. You will operate from approved requests, use the Alterra account and PPOB, and ensure a clean audit trail.

You’ll maintain records, coordinate deliveries, monitor token usage, handle reconciliations, and support monthly deposits while complying with procurement SOPs. A diploma or bachelor’s in business or related field and 3–5 years of procurement experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, supply chain, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years experience in procurement, purchasing, or finance/operations administration, ideally in property, hospitality, or multi-site operations.
• Comfortable with digital purchasing channels (e.g. Alterra / PPOB, e-wallets, online marketplaces) and company purchasing cards.
• Good planning, negotiation & interpersonal skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets), including accurate data entry and working with formulas and reconciliations.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Electricity token procurement for all properties through the company Alterra account, against approved requests specifying meter ID and amount.
• Purchase supplies using the Aspire card from approved vendors; obtain quotes or approvals for purchases above the threshold; coordinate delivery.
• Log every purchase in the procurement reconciliation tracker; maintain documentation for each transaction; support monthly deposit reconciliation.
• Follow the Procurement SOP and segregation-of-duties; provide source documentation for audits.
• Create efficient processes and maintain close communication with Operations to ensure smooth operations and credible vendor selection.
