Job summary

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or Economics and 3+ years in steel or construction materials procurement, with strong negotiation, analytics, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economy, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement in steel industry or construction materials.
• Strong business communication, negotiation, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Good market analysis and cost control capabilities; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of steel products (plates, rebar, wire rods, pipes, beams, channels, and angles).
• Develop and maintain relationships with steel mills, traders, and suppliers.
• Handle RFQs, price comparisons, negotiation, and cost control.
• Plan purchases based on sales orders, inventory levels, and market conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse on delivery, receiving, and inspection.
• Monitor prices, market trends, and industry developments to support decisions.
