Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Supervisor Procurement & Logistics to oversee the full purchasing lifecycle for gold mining operations. You will review PRs, process POs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery and payments while optimizing cost and inventory.

The ideal candidate holds at least a D3/S1, has 3+ years in procurement in mining, excels in negotiation, and can lead a team while using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace in Aceh with a 6:2 roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement in a mining environment.
• D3/S1 in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Strong vendor negotiation and value-for-money focus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review PRs and proceed with purchasing processes.
• Ensure clear purchase specifications based on user requirements.
• Procure goods and services per SOP and monitor PR, PO, delivery, and payment status.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of goods from vendors.
• Ensure timely and accurate procurement and optimize inventory levels.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
