Job summary

PT Ebara Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Procurement Officer to design and implement procurement strategies, identify reliable suppliers, and manage purchasing records. You will negotiate favorable terms with vendors, finalize orders, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires at least 5 years in manufacturing procurement, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and PPJK certification. Strong leadership and contract-reading abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as Procurement Officer in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• Must have PPJK certification, or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• Understanding of technical, mechanical, and spare parts for manufacturing machines.
• Procurement and supply chain process expertise.
• Effective communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Expertise in data and pricing analysis.
• Ability to read and understand contracts and purchasing documents.
• Problem-solving ability in procurement processes.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective procurement strategies.
