The successful candidate will have 7+ years in procurement, multinational exposure, and strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in English and SAP Ariba to support strategic sourcing

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in a Business-related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in English
• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in Procurement
• International experience from a multinational company
• Strong organizational, project management and financial analysis skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience with procurement platforms, preferably SAP Ariba

Responsibilities

• Develop, support and execute category strategies and sourcing plans to maximize value for the business
• Lead the execution of direct materials category strategies, considering local market dynamics and supplier diversification
• Manage and develop a team of local category managers and procurement operations executives
• Act as a role model in supplier and stakeholder management across local, regional and global procurement teams
• Advocate sustainable procurement and CSR while driving continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance and systems locally
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and monitor supplier performance
• Deliver against targets and manage budgets as agreed with leadership
