Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customized rate cards aligned with shipper needs and profitability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate pricing requests and define strategies.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor pricing and opportunities.
• Lead profitability and cost optimization initiatives.
• Own P&L forecasting (regular and ad-hoc) and align assumptions with relevant teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Bridge management and operations in cost-related initiatives and performance tracking.
• Monitor and optimize operational KPIs, incentives, and payschemes to ensure efficiency and fairness.
