Job summary

Wilmar Group is seeking a seasoned PPIC/Production Planning leader to drive production planning, material planning, and inventory management in a palm oil refinery. You will develop short-, mid-, and long-term plans and create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules aligned with demand forecasts, plant capacity, and material availability.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse and Operations to ensure supply-demand balance, manage changes in demand, optimize inventory, and support

Qualifications

• 8–12 years experience in PPIC / SCM / Production Planning.
• Experience in palm oil refinery, edible oil, oleochemical, or FMCG manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of refinery processes & tank-based production.
• ERP/MRP experience, SAP highly preferred.
• Forecasting & capacity planning.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, material planning, and inventory control.
• Develop short-, mid-, and long-term production plans.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Translate forecasts and orders into executable plans.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock, aging, and obsolescence.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
