Job summary

LOONY INDONESIA is seeking a Head of Production Planning and Inventory Control to lead production planning and ensure optimal material availability across the supply chain. The role requires organizing forecasts, schedules, and inventory controls to support manufacturing objectives and business needs.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QA teams, leveraging strong analytical skills and Excel/Sheets proficiency to optimize stock levels and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and analysis.
• Understanding of Production Planning, MRP, MPS, and Inventory Control concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with experience working with numbers and data.
• Good communication and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize production planning based on forecast and business needs
• Arrange and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Calculate raw material requirements and ensure material availability for production processes
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
• Ensure stock availability remains optimal to avoid overstock and stockout
• Monitor production realization and analyze constraints or deviations from planning
• Identify production constraints, including material delays and bottlenecks in production processes
• Create reports related to production, inventory, and material requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and QA teams to ensure smooth operational processes
