Job summary

PT Leads Property Services Indonesia is seeking a capable Business Development/Project Manager to prepare PM proposals, attend project pitches, and articulate the company’s PM capabilities. The role requires leadership across projects, strong networking, and monitoring of contracts and invoices.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Architecture or Civil Engineering, at least 2 years in PM or related fields, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Project Manager or in related civil, electrical, or architectural fields.
• Ability to lead a project with a strong leadership attitude.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Detail-oriented in reviewing drawings and documents.
• Good problem solving and communication across stakeholders.
• Able to multitask with strong time management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in admin, filing, and report writing.
• Disciplined, willing to listen, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PM proposals and capabilities statements.
• Attend project pitches and client meetings with clarity on PM services.
• Represent PM Dept. and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
• Prepare PM contracts and monitor invoices and terms.
• Maintain project documents and act as link between Head Office and PM team.
• Assist Department Head in recruitment and vendor management.
• Coordinate tender invitations and market movement assessments.
• Act as temporary Project Manager when needed.
