Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Accounting.
• Manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities and projects.
