Job summary

The Strategy & Planning team at GoTo Group is seeking a highly organized strategist to drive cross‑functional alignment and execution across GoTo's businesses. You will translate priorities into actionable initiatives, build executive-quality analyses, and support leadership with clear narratives.

You will partner with senior leaders to manage cadences, monitor progress, and develop robust financial models to inform decision making, delivering impact at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, or Consulting roles.
• Prior experience in a startup or tech company will be a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a large and complex organization.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple cadences, timelines, and shifting priorities effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides; SQL proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and facilitate regular business cadences, strategic reviews, and alignment meetings across GoTo leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and strategic execution.
• Develop and synthesize high-impact presentations, executive memos, and management reports to communicate key insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as a central coordination point within the Strategy Office, translating high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives across business units.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and monitor cross-company initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely execution.
• Build and maintain financial models and business analyses to support strategic planning, decision-making, and performance evaluation.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives as needed, working with senior stakeholders to address key business priorities and opportunities.
