Job summary

Logisly is seeking a strategic professional to work directly with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and execution. You will track performance metrics and lead cross-functional projects to support business expansion.

The role requires 3–6 years in strategy, operations, or analytics, with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus strong English communication and the ability to present to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA with minimum 3.7 GPA.
• 3–6 years experience in strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling ability.
• Strong communication across senior stakeholders with excellent verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated experience leading a project end-to-end.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and execute without being told.
• Confident in meetings and able to represent the CEO Office well.
• Comfortable speaking up and challenging ideas respectfully.
• High integrity and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO in strategic planning and execution.
• Track company performance metrics and key initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and business expansion.
• Lead company's investor relations including preparing board reporting and engaging potential investors.
• Conduct business analysis and provide insights.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports.
