Anda akan bekerja dengan tim Strategy Office dalam penyusunan narasi strategis dan pelaporan berkala, serta berperan sebagai penghubung antara pemimpin dan tim operasional untuk

Qualifications

• 4–5 tahun pengalaman di Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Product Management atau Consulting.
• Pengalaman di startup/teknologi menjadi nilai tambah.
• Keterampilan mengelola pemangku kepentingan tingkat senior dan lintas fungsi.
• Terorganisir dengan baik dan proaktif mengelola beberapa cadence, timeline, dan prioritas.
• Mahir Excel/Sheets dan PowerPoint/Slides; SQL menjadi nilai tambah.

Responsibilities

• Mengorkestrasi cadence bisnis reguler, tinjauan strategis, dan pertemuan kooridin antar tim pemimpin.
• Mengembangkan presentasi, memo eksekutif, dan laporan manajemen untuk pimpinan atas.
• Menjadi pusat koordinasi Strategy Office untuk menerjemahkan prioritas ke inisiatif operasional.
• Bekerja dengan leadership untuk mendorong inisiatif lintas perusahaan dengan kepemilikan jelas.
• Membangun dan memelihara model keuangan serta analisis bisnis untuk perencanaan strategis.
• Mendukung proyek strategis ad hoc dengan pemangku kepentingan senior.

About the Role

As part of Strategy & Planning team at GoTo, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating business alignment and driving operational excellence across GoTo’s diverse business units. Your work will directly support leadership by ensuring key cross-functional initiatives are executed seamlessly. If you excel at bringing structure to ambiguity, managing high-stakes stakeholder cadences, and crafting compelling stories for executive management, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Orchestrate and facilitate regular business cadences, strategic reviews, and alignment meetings across GoTo leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and strategic execution.
• Develop and synthesize high-impact presentations, executive memos, and management reports to communicate key insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as a central coordination point within the Strategy Office, translating high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives across business units.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and monitor cross-company initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely execution.
• Build and maintain financial models and business analyses to support strategic planning, decision-making, and performance evaluation.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives as needed, working with senior stakeholders to address key business priorities and opportunities.

What You Will Need

• 4–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, or Consulting roles.
• Prior experience in a startup or tech company will be a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across a large and complex organization.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple cadences, timelines, and shifting priorities effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides, with the ability to structure and present data and insights clearly. SQL proficiency is a plus.
